HOW DO YOU MAKE A RETURN?

You always have the right to return purchased items within 30 days of receiving the package.

We remind you that the items must be unworn and complete with their original box.

Follow the steps below to make a return (FOR ORDERS PLACED THROUGHOUT ITALY):

  1. Pack the item(s) (complete with their original box) you wish to return. You can use any cardboard container/box as return packaging.

  2. Close the package, making sure you have included the items complete with box.

  3. Apply the return label included in the package received. NB: DO NOT stamp the return label on the shoe box: you will have to use another package to protect the shoe box and the shoes.

  4. - Take it to the post office : you can take the return package to the nearest Post Office, alternatively
    - Arrange a collection : Choose the Post Office closest to you (mandatory) and then, after receiving the shipping label to print and attach to the package, you can arrange a home collection by calling the toll-free number 803 160, indicating the Waybill number shown on the return label.

For orders placed outside Italy, returns are always guaranteed within 30 days of ordering. Choose your trusted courier and send the package to our warehouses in Italy at this address: Mintea Srl, via dei Bizantini 235, 88046 Lamezia Terme (CZ).

IS THE RETURN FREE?
Yes, returns for orders placed throughout Italy are ALWAYS free.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the date it was delivered. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with all tags still attached and in the box.
You will be refunded via the same payment method you used to pay for your order. If you chose Cash on Delivery, you will need to provide a valid IBAN to receive your refund via bank transfer. If you do not have an IBAN, your refund credit will be given to you via a discount code to be used on the online shop.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
You will receive your refund within 14 days from the date of collection of the return at the Punto Poste or at the address indicated by you during the booking phase. If you have not received any communication regarding the refund within this timeframe, you can contact Customer Service for assistance.

WILL I RECEIVE INFORMATION ON HOW THE RETURN IS PROGRESSING?
With the return shipping service of Poste Italiane available on this site, you will receive by email the update status of your shipment until receipt at our warehouse.

I EXPERIENCED A DEFECT WITH ONE OF MY PURCHASES
All purchases are covered and protected by the Legal Guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.). The legal guarantee lasts two years from delivery of the goods and must be asserted by the consumer within two months of discovering the defect: it is therefore necessary to always keep proof of purchase (receipt or bill, receipts of payment by credit card or debit card).
